Please note that your guest's flight cost will not be covered by Homeside or Lower. We have simplified the process so that the guests flight cost will come directly out of your paycheck. Homeside + Lower will cover the hotel and transfer costs for your guest.

For those arriving on the group sponsored dates airport transfers will be provided by Homeside + Lower through Amstar group transfers. For those extending on their own they will be responsible for booking their own airport transfers.

Arrivals: After you exit the plane, claim your luggage, pass through Customs and fully exit the airport (pass the timeshare people in the arrival room) you will see an Amstar representative holding a “Homeside” sign. Please provide them with your full name and they will escort you to the buses for transport.
Yes, please complete that request on the registration form under special requests. The cost per night is $560 for Double Occupancy. The cost per night for Single Occupancy is $494 per night.
Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled nights will be billed back to you through payroll.
This year there will be no individual activities sponsored. But feel free to use the unlimited inclusions and book individual activities. You will be only responsible for the 25% service fee.
Safety Concerns:
Obviously there has been recent events in Mexico that has led to heightened safety concerns for overseas travelers. From my personal experience I have spent over 35 days in Mexico in 2018 and have felt nothing but safe while here. Once you arrive you will feel nothing but safe on resort, I can promise you that! You will notice police presence on the highway down to the resort which is for everyone’s safety and has been increased in recent months. Mexico has committed to ensure safety of all tourists so have added military surveillance including navy patrol on the beaches and in the ocean along with random police vehicle checks. If you have any questions at all please reach out to me and I can do my best to answer them. We do request all guests stay on resort during your stay to ensure the safety of all.
The big items that are not included are Motorized Watersports (non-motorized are included), Spa and Hair Salon services, all lessons (scuba, tennis, etc), laundry/dry cleaning, and gift shop purchases.
Also in the restaurants, wine by the bottle, sake by the bottles and imported beers at specialty outlets are not included.
If it states a price and a charge, assume that the item will not be included in the all-inclusive package and you will need to cover that personally.
This is a fully all-inclusive hotel so this should not be a problem.
There will be two options.
1. All updates and changes will be communicated to you through your individual Travefy itinerary. We recommend downloading the Travefy app!
2. The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
