Travel day to Mexico - *** Check-in time is 3pm, early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.
Upon arrival to the Los Cabos (SJD) airport, please pass through customs and immigration and completely exit the airport. You will be greeted by staff with Amstar staff holding a Homeside sign and transported to Hard Rock Los Cabos.
- You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.
Afternoon at leisure.
6:00pm-7:30pm: Welcome Toast - Los Gallos Terrace - This event is outside so we recommend a thin sweater or shawl. Drinks and Appetizers will be provided.
Attendees on own for dinner - Reservations are recommended.
Please feel free to stop by the Moon Lounge after dinner for those interested in enjoying a nightcap.
Saturday 2/1/2020
Today is your day to enjoy the resort. Keep in mind you can use the unlimited inclusion package to book an activity. You will be responsible to cover the 25% service fee of the activity cost: https://www.hardrockhotelloscabos.com/limitless-all-inclusive.htm

Remember the beach is NOT swimmable in front of the Hard Rock Hotel and we ask that people do not even walk into the ocean at all. There is a huge cliff from the beach to the ocean and a bad rip-current on the coast.
Middle night free! Enjoy an evening with your guest at any of the 7 restaurants on property.
If you are interested in scheduling a small group dinner with co-workers, please reach to info@executivegrouptravel.com with time requested and number of people. We will do our best to work with the hotel to see what's available. These reservations are only confirmed 10 days before your arrival.
Remember:
- The resort is fully all-inclusive so breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks are included!
- The pools have full drink and food service throughout the day.
- We recommend men bring long slacks and loafers if they choose to eat in the specialty restaurants.

1:00pm-3:00pm: For those looking to socialize with other Homeside/Lower coworkers please join us at the Adults Only Eden Pool Club area.
4:30pm-8:30pm: Please join us tonight on property for our SuperBowl Farewell Party. This will take place in the Ballroom at the Hard Rock. Dinner & Drinks will be provided.
Remember:

- Afterparty 8:30pm-11:00pm - Post dinner we will be hosting an afterparty on property for those looking for some dance tunes and a few more social cocktails at at Moon Lounge.

- Check out is 12pm, please make sure you check-out and pay the outstanding balance on your account. You will only have additional charges on your account if you billed something outside of the all-inclusive package.
