[fa icon="plus-square"] Can we bring a spouse?

Yes you can bring a spouse or significant other.

Please note that your guest's flight cost will not be covered by Homeside.  We have simplified the process so that the guests flight cost will come directly out of your paycheck.  Homeside will cover the hotel and transfer costs for your guest.

Please no kids.  The hotel is 18 years and older.

[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All RSVP's must be received by July 1st! Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot in the trip in October.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

Once you complete the online event registration form, a representative from CBT will be provided with your and your guest's flight requests and will reach out to assist in the flight booking process.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided?

For those arriving on the group sponsored dates airport transfers will be provided by Homeside through Amstar group transfers.  For those extending on their own they will be responsible for booking their own airport transfers.

When you arrive to Cancun airport, please proceed through customs then pick up luggage and pass through immigration. Please follow signs towards the exit and make sure you completely exit the airport before looking for your transfer. It will be outside the airport, not inside. Please look for the Homeside sign held by Amstar DMC once you exit the airport. They will be wearing blue Hawaiian shirts and khaki pants.

Upon arrival, when you pass through immigration, please make sure you keep the white bottom section of the immigration form as you will need it to depart the country!

For your transfer from Unico to the Cancun airport, you must check out from the hotel and meet the Amstar rep in the main lobby. At check out, you will be provided with a hotel checkout card, which you will need to provide to the bellman in order to depart the hotel.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

Yes, please complete that request on the registration form under special requests.  The cost per night is $641++ for Double Occupancy.  The cost per night for Single Occupancy is $558++ per night.

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled nights will be billed back to you through payroll.

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] How are activities being handled?

This year there will be no individual activities sponsored.  But feel free to use the unlimited inclusions and book individual activities.  Similar to last year, you will be only responsible for the 25% service fee which makes all tours and the spa reasonably priced.

[fa icon="plus-square"] This property is all-inclusive, is there anything not included?

The big items that are not included are Motorized Watersports (non-motorized are included), Spa and Hair Salon services, all lessons (scuba, tennis, etc), laundry/dry cleaning, and gift shop purchases.

Also in the restaurants, wine by the bottle, sake by the bottles and imported beers at specialty outlets are not included.

If it states a price and a charge, assume that the item will not be included in the all-inclusive package and you will need to cover that personally.  

 

This is a fully all-inclusive hotel so this should not be a problem.

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  All updates and changes will be communicated to you through your individual Travefy itinerary.  We recommend downloading the Travefy app!

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
