Travel day to Riviera Maya (please use the Cancun airport for flight booking) - *** Check-in time is 4:00pm, early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.
Upon arrival to the airport please completely exit the airport and you will find a Homeside sign for your transfer to the hotel. Do not stop at the counters inside as they are for timeshare sales. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The company providing transfers is Amstar.
- You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.
- **Reminder complimentary water sports are available at the beach every day for guests from 9am-4pm: kayaks, hobbie cats, SUP, pedal boats.
Attendees are on their own for lunch but let's try to meet up in the pool area in the afternoon to connect!

6:00 - 7:00pm: Welcome Reception. Please join us for drinks and appetizers on the Foyer outside of the ballroom located down the hall just past the coffee shop.
7:30 - 9:30pm: Small Group Dine-Arounds. This evening there will be small group dinners throughout the resort so the group can enjoy the fine dining options on property.

Breakfast on your own. Breakfast is served at both Mi Carisa and 2087 Restaurant from 7am-11am. Inez Cafe has fresh juices, coffee, tea and baked goods served in the morning while the menu transitions to sandwiches, paninis and meal-sized salads for lunch and dinner. Inez is open 6am-11pm.

- 10:00 am | Hydro-Pilates - 20°87° Pool
- 11:00 am | HiiT (Hotel Gym)
- 12:00 pm | Aqua Spinning - 20°87° Pool
12:00 - 4:00pm: Join us at the 20°87° Pool for some afternoon fun. The most central pool, where guests can enjoy a swim up bar and daily energetic music and entertainment. Its sophisticated dark blue color provides a warmer water temperature.
There are 3 pools on property, for those looking for a more mellow experience we recommend La Escondida pool. Here guests can experience a true sense of escape, with supremely mellow music and comfy seating. The water temperature in this pool is a bit more refreshing, and features a hydro pool.
Finally if you want to watch the action but not be in the center of it we recommend the third pool, La UNICA Pool. This pool is large and lively—a place to socialize and hang out with a drink or two. Its sophisticated dark blue color provides a warmer water temperature.

Please check your Travefy individual itinerary for your departure times. These will be group departures so we ask for all guests to be on time. The trip back to the airport can take longer and the airport lines are longer on the weekends at Cancun airport.
Check out is 11am, please make sure you check-out and pay the outstanding balance on your account. Homeside will be covering all room charges. All additional charges should not be expensed and covered by the individual. You will be provided a white check-out card and you MUST keep that to provide the bellman in order to leave the property.Keep in mind the all-inclusive package covers single drinks, it does not cover bottles ordered.
